This dish, widely popular in Eastern Europe, is well-known in our country as well. The difference is that Russians use it as a snack mostly, and Hungarians add it as a part of various dishes. They add onions and sweet peper while stewing small sausages, chicken or fried meat. Also a cold Spanish soup gazpacho may be cooked using lesco, - the best option for a hot day.
